Nominator's project description

Professor Deen is one of the leading scientists in the field of advanced semiconductor devices worldwide. Of particular importance are his contributions to the theory, and the modeling of noise in silicon MOSFETs, which have also had a direct impact on the research and development activities of major semiconductor companies. During his stay in Germany, Professor Deen investigates noise phenomena in nanoscale devices.
